We are a part of Sunflower Medical group, a private practice primary care group with five locations throughout the Kansas City area. Heartland Primary care has a great facility located at K7 Highway and Prairie Star Parkway in Lenexa across from the Shawnee Mission Outpatient Pavilion. We are a primary care office including Pediatric and Family Practice physicians. We also have Urgent Care available during the week and on Saturdays.
