The Engineering Program Manager will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy. Essential ResponsibilitiesIn addition, you will: Provide leadership and technical direction to a large team for a specific program / project with significant business impact Establish a plan / program, define objective, and identify resources and funding source Manage the program / project, provide interim reports to customer, modify plan Provide counsel to team on design practices and standards Effectively communicate with the customer and/or program manager to assure a quality product is delivered Assist the Product team with customer meetings and proposal development for products and MSAs Desired Characteristics Ability to guide and lead others not in a direct reporting relationship Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Why join one great company when you can join many?
