Job Description
We are searching for Certified Apartment Maintenance Technicians (former apartment maintenance experience OR a related field required) Maintenance Techs and Punch Techs. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of maintenance duties. We are hiring for immediate needs. Please respond with your resume today!

-At least 6 months on site experience
-Clean Background (free of felonies or misdemeanors of a violent nature)
-Valid Driver's License
-Reliable Transportation
-Strong Work Ethic
-HVAC certification (preferred)
-The ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
Your Primary Responsibilities will include some or all of the following:
-Unit Turns
-Emergency and routine maintenance
-Plumbing
-Heating
-Carpentry
-Electrical
-Appliance repair and troubleshooting
-Prompt and efficient service calls in accordance with the service policy.
