I have a proposal on my commission. Instead of receiving 3% which is the average, how about I receive 2% per closing and 500 dollars per week Monday - Friday. I think we can both benefit from this taking into account that 10K is earned per 1M from 1%. You would be saving a lot of money by removing 1% from my commission and paying me 500 per week. What do you say? Do we have a deal? Can you pay me 2% per closing and 500 dollars per week?
