Landscape Estimator in Lawrence, Kansas For Sale

Our client is looking for a part-time Landscape Estimator. Do you love the outdoors? Are you familiar with green space products and take pride in what you do? Then this is the position for you. This is a fast paced department with time-critical deadlines. We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years' estimating experience and preferably landscape or green industry experience. Successful candidate will be excellent in communication, organization, and efficiency and have above-average attention to detail. Working hours: Daytime --Develop accurate, competitive, and profitable bid proposals for a variety of landscape build and landscape maintenance projects using estimating software. --Work with suppliers and vendors to compile data for estimates. --Solicit information from the architects to complete bids and answer questions regarding the method used for the take off to clients. --Reviews plans and specs issued by architects for the solicitation of bids. Must be able to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications. --Prepare a written scope of work for presentations.
