We have found that training to be a real estate investor or a landlord is VERY important and you do need to spend money on it. But before you up your limits on your credit cards and max them out or take out a 2nd mortgage on your house, check out a different option:
Your Local REIA Group!
Your local REIA group is going to charge you a membership fee and give you $xxxxs in benefits as part of that fee, plus they will bring in both local and national trainers that they have worked with, who have a good reputation, who do what they say they are going to do and do it for a lot less than you might expect, especially if you purchase the training through the REIA group.
What kind of benefits are you going to find:
?Live and Online NETWORKING with real live folks doing what you want to do on a daily basis, right in your own city, who have been there and done that.
?Local and National Educators at both meetings, live workshops, and online training.
?Usually a LIBRARY Online packed full of training materials that you can access for no extra fees.
?Vetted tools and service providers that local people are already using and at the best prices.
?Discounts to local and national vendors like Home Depot, Sherwin Williams, Lowes, Sears Commercial, Office Max, Fed Ex Office, and more
So check out those late night commercials and free week end seminars from the flashy guys, by all means they do have some great information.
But when you get asked to spend more than you can afford, please know that there are other options.
