Job Responsibilities:
- Administration of cell site agreements to include extensive interaction with landlords to resolve a variety of critical event issues.
- Review, interpret, and enforce the terms of the agreement as necessary.
- Negotiate optimal resolution to disputes, specifically monetary.
- Utilize ticket system to document status and monitor all issues to resolution.
- Ensure all commitments are met in accordance with team objectives.
- Engage, foster, and build strong relationships between internal and external resources.
- Communicate status to leadership team, including risk assessments and mitigation plans as required.
Job Qualifications:
- Core Competences: Exhibits excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrates exceptional capacity for taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
- Takes a logical and orderly approach to analyzing problems, organizing work, and planning actions.
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- TOOLS/SOFTWARE: Microsoft Office skills are required.
