Project Manager II - Cell Tower Real Estate - Yoh (Overland Park, KS) in Lawrence, Kansas For Sale

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Project Manager II - Cell Tower Real Estate to join our client in Overland Park, KS.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working with outside vendors who are terminating leases on IDEN cell towers.
- Oversees real estate activities to ensure maximum return and profitability.
- Advises and assists with site selection, site acquisition, leasing space and other functions relating to land acquisition, negotiation, and sale.
- Managing properties and facilities, including management of revenues, expenses, customer relationships, and contract administration.
- Analyzes and makes decisions regarding lease terms and conditions, customer requirements for space, tenant requests and negotiating positions, and pricing and valuations.
- Negotiates and interprets lease agreements, contracts, renewals, permits, and/or various property rights or other rights of use, including determination of best negotiating positions.
- Resolves a variety of customer / tenant issues and takes a lead in tenant interfaces.
- Plans and conducts projects related to leased properties and concessions that may involve hiring of outside consultants.
- Manages administrative functions including contracts for services and capital and operating budget preparation and monitoring agreements submitted by vendors and directly negotiating new lease terms, amendments, terminations, assignments and resolving disputes with landlords.
- Researching lease entitlements and recommending least cost alternatives for Sprint options.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and five to seven (5-7) years of experience in Telecommunications Real Estate.
- Strong negotiations and lease interpretations experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Telecommunications real estate transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
