We just got a four bedroom house right by Baker. Currently, the rooming situation is as follows, me (a female student) and two of my guy roommates (also students). We are looking for a fourth person to rent out the other bedroom. It is a two story house with tons of space. Rent would be $600 plus utilities and a $500 deposit for the year. We are studious during the weekdays but have fun and party on the weekends. The community has two sweet pools, a nicely equipped gym, and basketball and tennis courts. Another option we are willing to consider is having two people rent the Master Bedroom. It has its own bathroom, shower, and walk-in closet with plenty of space. the room is huge. Rent would be $550/per person or $450/per person to share a smaller room and have a shared bathroom. We are open to either a male or a female, but we want someone that is responsible and respectful.
